Reduction of Capital effective 21 January 2009
Sigma Capital Group plc announces that on 21 January 2009 the High Court of Justice confirmed the reduction of the capital of the Company from 18,195,461.60 to 4,195,461.60, as previously approved by the Company's shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 11 December 2008.
The reduction and cancellation became effective on 21 January 2009 upon registration by Companies House which occurred on 2 February 2009.
Looking forward, Sigma will now be in a position to pay a dividend out of any future profits that it may generate.
