The Stanley Gibbons Group Plc, announces that it has been notified that on 27 March 2018, Graham Elliott Shircore, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 705,741 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.25 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Mr. Shircore has a beneficial interest in 705,741 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Shircore is the Board representative of Phoenix UK Fund which has a beneficial interest in 248,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 58.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
