This announcement is made pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company has been notified that the following ordinary shares of 14/77 each in the Company have been automatically acquired on behalf of the following persons, who are Directors and/or PDMRs of the Company on 6 March 2020. The ordinary shares of 14/77 each were acquired automatically through the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP) and are held in the Company's Employee Share Account.
