This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
Sage announces that Sue Goble, who is a member of the Executive Committee of Sage, has exercised options over 3,220 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at an option price of 559 pence per share under The Sage Save and Share Plan on 8 September 2020. The options were originally granted on 1 June 2017 and matured on 1 August 2020. The resultant total shareholding of Sue Goble is 30,030 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence in Sage.
