On 18 March 2016 Elian Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of the Sage Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the Trustee) notified the Company that on the dates listed below they disposed of, on behalf of the individuals named below, the number of ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each set out below in respect of which the individuals had become beneficially entitled under The Sage Group Performance Share Plan, at the price per ordinary share set out below.
