The Company was notified that on 6 March 2020, Steve Hare, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company at a price of 672.20 pence per share. The resultant shareholding after this transaction for Steve Hare is 362,419 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each.
