The Sage Group plc. (the "Company") announces that Jonathan Bewes has been appointed as an independent Non-executive Director and Chair Designate of Moneysupermarket.com Group Plc with effect from 1 July 2024. It is anticipated that Jonathan will become Chair of the Board of Moneysupermarket.com Group Plc on 1 January 2025.
There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.14R.
