The Sage Group plc. ("Sage") announces the appointment of Steve Hare as an independent non-executive director at J Sainsbury plc with effect from 3 July 2025, subject to shareholder approval at J Sainsbury plc's 2025 annual general meeting.
There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of UKLR 6.4.9R.
