The Sage Group plc. (the "Company") announces that the Board of Tata Communications Limited, a company Listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, has appointed Sangeeta Anand as an Independent Director with effect from 5 September 2024.
There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of UKLR 6.4.9R.
