DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS

Severfield plc ("the Company") wishes to notify the following change in the interests of persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares ("Shares").

The Company was notified on 2nd September 2015 that Alun Griffiths, non-executive director and a PDMR had acquired that day 10,000 Shares at a purchase price of 67.75p per Share taking his total shareholding to 30,000 Shares which is approximately 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. 

This transaction took place in London.
