Severfield-Rowen Plc Board Changes
Severfield-Rowen Plc, the market leading structural steelwork company, is pleased to announce that Chris Holt will join the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 November 2011. Chris is a former Deputy Chairman and Group Finance Director at Foster Wheeler Corporation and more recently, CEO and Finance Director of MJ Gleeson Plc.
There are no further details to be disclosed under Sections 9.6.13 R(1) to (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules in respect of Chris's appointment.
The Company also announces that David Ridley will leave his role as non-executive director at the end of October after serving 9 years on the Board and its Remuneration, Audit and Nominations Committees. The Board expresses its sincere appreciation to David for his efforts and contributions throughout his tenure.
