BOARD CHANGES
FollowingΒ theΒ AnnualΒ GeneralΒ Meeting heldΒ onΒ 30 May 2008,Β Severfield-Rowen Plc,Β the market leading structural steelΒ Group is pleased toΒ confirmΒ theΒ appointment of Toby Hayward to the Board asΒ Non Executive Chairman.Β Β
HavingΒ qualifiedΒ as a chartered accountantΒ withΒ Touche Ross & Co in 1984,Β TobyΒ has extensive city experience havingΒ previously been a Director ofΒ Corporate Finance at Singer & Friedlander,Β Henry Ansbacher & CoΒ andΒ Canaccord Adams.
He is currently Managing Director of the Equity Capital Markets division of JefferiesΒ International.
There are noΒ furtherΒ details to be disclosed under Sections 9.6.13 R(1)Β to (6) of the UKLA Listing RulesΒ in respect ofΒ Toby'sΒ appointment.
