Severfield-Rowen PLC07 June 2007 7 June 2007 SEVERFIELD-ROWEN PLC AGM Statement At the Group's AGM today, Peter Levine, Chairman, will make the followingstatement: "Trading in the first five months of the year has been very good. Our marketsremain robust and demand for structural steelwork projects, particularly largerprojects, continues to be significant. We remain confident of further successin 2007 and beyond. "We announced at the results in April that John Severs, Group Managing Director,intended to retire from the Board this year. John will retire at the end ofthis month but will continue as a consultant to the Group for a three yearperiod. Following John's retirement, Tom Haughey will be appointed ChiefExecutive Officer and Peter Emerson will become Chief Operations Officer. BothTom and Peter have been Main Board Directors of Severfield-Rowen for a number ofyears.
