Publication of Prospectus
Further to the announcement earlier today relating to the publication of the Circular giving notice of the General Meeting (the "Notice Announcement"), the Company is pleased to announce that the Prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and has been published.
The Prospectus has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where it will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. In addition, the Prospectus will shortly be available to view on the website of the Company, www.derristoncapital.co.uk, and copies of the Prospectus will be made available at the Company's registered office at 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AB.
