Sterling Energy Plc ("Sterling" or the "Company") (AIM: SEY), an independent oil and gas exploration and production company with interests in Africa, advises that it has published its Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 ("Annual Report"). Copies of the Annual Report are now available to download from the Company's website, www.sterlingenergyplc.com
The Report and Financial Statements were posted to shareholders on 26 March 2013 and contain the notice for the Company's Annual General Meeting, due to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 19 April 2013 at Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA.
