The Company was informed on 15 June 2016 that:

On the 15 June 2016, Roger McDowell, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 Ordinary shares, representing 0.14 per cent of the Company's issued share capital at a price of 234 pence per share. Following the purchase Mr McDowell is interested in 186,054 Ordinary shares representing 0.27 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
