Directors and PDMR Interests

The Company has today been informed that: -

Roger McDowell, a non-executive Director of the Company has today sold 53,611 Ordinary shares, representing 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital at a price of 375p per share. Following the sale Mr. McDowell is interested in 86,054 ordinary shares representing 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Gary McCord, a PDMR of the Company has today sold 6,500 Ordinary shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital at a price of 374p per share. Following the sale Mr. McCord is interested in 20,193 ordinary shares representing 0.029 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
