Director Declarations

The Company announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) the following new directorships in relation to the Non-executive directors of the Company.

Mr Richard Last, Chairman and Non-executive director of the Company has been appointed Chairman and Non-executive director of Tribal Group plc a company quoted on the London Stock Exchange.

Mr Roger McDowell, Non-executive director of the Company has been appointed Non-executive director of Tribal Group plc a company quoted on the London Stock Exchange.
