Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

Notification of Interests

Following the commencement of dealings in Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited, the Company confirms, in accordance with the 3.1.2 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that:

· the Directors have acquired shares in the Company as follows:

Robert Jennings* 100,000 shares

Jon Bridel* 7,500 shares

Jan Pethick* 157,500 shares

Sandra Platts 7,500 shares

· the directors of Sequoia Investment Management Company, as Investment Adviser, have acquired shares in the Company as follows:

Steve Cook 300,000 shares

Dolf Kohnhorst 300,000 shares

Greg Taylor 23,000 shares

· International Fund Management Limited, as Investment Manager has acquired 50,000 shares.

with all the above shares being purchased at the Issue Price of £1 per share.
