In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board:
Sarika Patel has been appointed as a non-executive director and chair of the audit & risk committee of SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc, a FTSE 250 company admitted to listing on the Premium Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 January 2021.
