Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Company"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that on 7 March 2023, Istabraq Pty Limited (Katmai Investments A/C), a person closely associated with the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Martin Ive, purchased a total of 500,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 7.05 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, on 8 March 2023, Martin Ive purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in Seeing Machines at a price of 7.06 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Ive is now beneficially interested in 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
