Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the AIM-listed technology company with a focus on computer vision based operator monitoring and intervention technology and services, announces that it was informed on 20 December 2013 that Alex Zelinsky, a director of and significant shareholder in the Company, sold 842,266 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 8.595 pence per share on 19 December 2013.

Following the transaction, Mr. Zelinsky retains a holding of 21,402,544 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.74% of the Company's issued share capital.
