SEC Newgate S.p.A. (AIM: SECG.L) has been notified that Ms Emma Kane, an Executive Director of the Company, has purchased certificates of depository interests ("CDIs") over a total of 27,251 Ordinary Shares of no par value at a price of 40p per CDI.
Following this purchase, Ms Kane is beneficially interested in 500,858 CDIs in SEC Newgate, representing 2.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
