DIRECTORS' SHARE TRANSACTIONS

The Company has today been notified of the following transactions in the shares of the Company by Directors.

Mr David Sigsworth, Non-Executive Chairman, has on 26 June 2014 purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Ordinary Shares were purchased at 36.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Sigsworth, jointly with his wife, holds 60,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.11 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company.

Mr David Laing, Non-Executive Director, has on 26 June 2014 purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares were purchased at 37.4 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Laing (together with his wife) has a beneficial interest in 80,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.14 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company.

Mr Steven Bertram, Finance and Commercial Director, has on 26 June 2014 transferred 100,000 Ordinary Shares, previously held directly in his own name, into an ISA in his name. The Ordinary Shares were transferred at 35.55 pence per share. Following this transfer, Mr Bertram's interest in the Company is unchanged.
