BP Atlantis contract accelerated for SeaEnergy subsidiary Return To Scene

Return To Scene Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of SeaEnergy PLC, is pleased to announce that BP has brought forward its deployment of the R2S Visual Asset Management (VAM) spherical photographic capture of its Atlantis facility in the Gulf of Mexico (GOM). The R2S photographic team is already on site in the US with project completion, expected during Q2 2015.

The contract, which has a stand-alone value of US $450,000, falls under a Global Agreement between Return To Scene and BP which has been in place since 2013. BP has used the R2S software/services on nine assets to date, including its three other offshore facilities in the Gulf of Mexico; Mad Dog, Thunder Horse and Na Kika.

John Aldersey-Williams, CEO of SeaEnergy PLC, commented that:

"R2S helps BP to bring the onshore and offshore teams of its assets together, allowing remote collaboration, increasing efficiencies and reducing the need to travel to the asset.

The Atlantis project is very exciting for us as we continue to expand our presence in North America, driven by our team in Houston. As part of our wider internationalisation efforts and in line with our Global Agreement with BP, we look forward to supporting BP in its diverse geographic activities."

Ends.

Notes

About SeaEnergy PLC:

SeaEnergy PLC is an innovation-led offshore energy services business, based in Aberdeen, Scotland

and listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM Market. The Group's three active divisions comprise

R2S Visual Asset Management, Consulting and Marine.

R2S Visual Asset Management system (delivered by SeaEnergy subsidiary Return To Scene) provides photographic capture and three dimensional modelling of oil & gas installations, linking these images to asset management databases for major international oil operators, allowing them to improve the performance of their assets whilst providing operational efficiencies. Return To Scene was acquired by SeaEnergy in August 2012.

The Consulting division delivers strategic support for companies in offshore energy, helping them to improve asset integrity, reduce costs and improve output.

The Marine division offers ship management services for offshore vessels in both oil & gas and offshore wind roles and is actively participating in tenders for the provision of purpose built offshore wind farm support vessels.

About Return To Scene:

R2S Visual Asset Management (VAM) provides high definition 360 spherical photography - photographically capturing the asset and providing the user with a desk top visual representation. Simply navigated, this allows our clients and their contractors one-click access from the image to external databases and information services with tagging and external linking capabilities. We deliver front-end benefit to our clients, providing the capability to plan maintenance work prior to arriving on site and the ability to accurately record maintenance works. R2S removes the need to travel to plan works and enables more effective utilization of on-site time. Current users track fabric anomalies, link their entire business management documents or simply use it as a briefing tool.

R2S VAM is currently used by 17 international energy operating companies (including four of the five global super-majors). In a period of uncertainty, low oil prices, and high uplift costs, R2S is positively impacting the oil and gas sector, demonstrating a tangible return on investment. R2S VAM reduces costs and increases production by reducing the number of offshore transits required, aiding quicker turnarounds on complex projects, and promoting more efficient management of third party contractors. R2S reins in operational expenditures, increases synergies and efficiencies, improves operational safety, and supports collaboration throughout the lifecycle of an asset, from front-end design and commissioning, through operations and maintenance, to eventual decommissioning and abandonment.

Return To Scene was acquired by SeaEnergy PLC, an innovative services business, in August 2012.

Additional Note: The Global Agreement referred to above is a Short Form Services Agreement and is dated 2nd September 2013
