Steven Lampe is an investment manager based in New York, USA. He has beenappointed a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. Steven Lampe is managing member of Lampe, Conway & Co LLC, a limited liabilitycompany organized in the state of Delaware. Lampe, Conway & Co LLC is theinvestment manager of LC Capital Master Fund Limited ("LC"), which holds1,702,380 ordinary shares in Ramco, representing 4.86 per cent. of the issuedshare capital and the voting rights of the Company.
