Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
Speedy Hire Plc announces that David Shearer, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, sold and following settlement, repurchased Ordinary Shares through a Bed and ISA arrangement, in order to affect the transfer of Ordinary Shares to his ISA account. There has been no change in beneficial ownership as a result of the transaction.
