Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") - Interest in Shares
The Company announces the following transactions by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary 5p shares ("Shares").
Sharesave Scheme
Options granted on 20 December 2012 under the Company's all-employee Sharesave Scheme (which became exercisable on 1 February 2016) were exercised on 1 February 2016 by the PDMR set out in the table below. The exercise price of the options was 27.2 pence per Share and the exercise of the options was satisfied by the issue of new Shares by the Company.
