Result of General Meeting and Change of Name
The Board is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of the Company's shareholders held on 8 January 2018 the special resolution as set out in the Notice of Meeting was passed on a show of hands.
The following is a summary of the Forms of Proxy received up to 48 hours before the time of the Meeting by the Registrars, appointing the Chairman of the Meeting:

The total number of shares on the register at 6.00pm on 4 January 2018, being those eligible to be voted on at the General Meeting, was 81,619,909.

of the votes 'For' and 'Against' the resolution.
A copy of the special resolution approved by shareholders will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available shortly for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm and also via the Company's website at www.supergroup.co.uk
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME
Further to shareholder approval at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, the Company is pleased to announce that its change of name from SuperGroup Plc to Superdry Plc was registered with Companies House today, and is now effective.
Trading in the Company's shares will commence under the new name Superdry Plc and the new TIDM code '(SDRY)' with effect from 9 January 2018. The Company's current ISIN and SEDOL will remain the same.
No new share certificates are being issued in respect of existing ordinary shares held in certificated form. Shareholders should retain their existing share certificates which will continue to be valid.
The Company's website will change to corporate.superdry.com with effect from 9 January 2018.
