On 11 April 2017, SuperGroup was notified by Jon Wragg, eCommerce and Wholesale Director, that he acquired 2,200 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company by way of a non-market transfer of Ordinary Shares from his wife, Juliette Wragg.
