The Company was informed on 17 March 2011 that on 17 March 2011, Charles ("Chas") Howes, Group Finance Director of SuperGroup, purchased 3,500 ordinary shares at a price of 1435 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr. Howes will hold a total of 763,710 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.95 % of the Company's issued share capital.
