Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
SuperGroup announces that notification was received on 4 August 2016 that Juliette Wragg, the wife of Jon Wragg, Sales and Marketing Director of the Company, sold 1,700 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 August 2016. The Company was also notified on 4 August 2016 that Jon Wragg and Juliette Wragg each purchased 850 Ordinary shares via their ISAs. Further detail is provided below.
As a result, the interests of Jon Wragg and his PCAs in the Company's Ordinary Shares (excluding options, awards under the Company's LTIPs and interests as a potential beneficiary of the Company's Employee Benefit Trusts) total 10,397 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19.3 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR").
