Non-executive directorate change

The Board of SuperGroup Plc ('SuperGroup' or 'Group') announces today that Steve Sunnucks has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Group with effect from 1 March 2016.

Steve brings significant expertise in the apparel retail sector, having held senior executive and non-executive roles in the UK and USA. Steve's experience includes nine years in leadership positions with NYSE-listed The Gap Inc, culminating in being appointed Global President Gap and four years as CEO of New Look Plc. Steve's executive career also included senior roles at Burton Group Plc, J. Sainsbury Plc and Marks and Spencer Plc.

There is nothing further to disclose in relation to the appointment under LR9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.

Separately, having joined the Board in 2010, Ken McCall has confirmed his intention to step down from his position as an independent non-executive director and will leave the Board on 13 July 2016.
