Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
On 16 August 2016, the PDMR named below was granted an option to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of SuperGroup set out opposite his name under the terms of the SuperGroup Sharesave Scheme ("SAYE") at a fixed option price of 1271.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

The option grant was notified to the Company by the individual referred to above on 16 August 2016.
The individual referred to above has entered into a savings contract with Computershare Investor Services PLC under which a regular sum will be saved each month for a period of three years. The number of Ordinary Shares over which each option is held is the number of Ordinary Shares which have an aggregate option price not exceeding the projected proceeds of the savings contract. In normal circumstances, each option will not be capable of being exercised until 1 October 2019 (the maturity date of the savings contract).
In accordance with the rules of the SAYE, no consideration was paid by the above named individual for the option granted to him. Each option is subject to, and governed by, the rules of the SAYE and the legislation relating to the SAYE.
This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
