Annual General Meeting Statement
26 April 2018, Maidenhead, U.K. - SDL plc ("SDL" or "the Group"), a leader in global content management and language translation software and services, will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 9.30am today.
At the AGM, David Clayton, Chairman of SDL, will make the following statement:
"At the end of Q1 trading is in line with management expectations.
SDL also announces that it has now signed the vast majority, by value, of the licence deals that (as previously reported) had slipped from FY2017 and were expected to be signed in the current financial year."
