Correction Blocklisting Application
This announcement replaces the previous release in its entirety made on 10 April 2014 (RNS Number 3692E).
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for a blocklisting of securities in respect of 240,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued from time to time, pursuant to the exercise of options under SDL Unapproved Share Option Scheme 1999.
The shares are expected to be admitted to The Official List and to trading on The London Stock Exchange on 15 April 2014.
