SDL PLC ("the Company") was advised that:

A total of 50,000 SDL PLC ordinary shares were purchased at 435p per share on 2 August 2016 by Sarah Jane Byrne De Hernandez, Maria Hernandez Byrne and Lara Hernandez Byrne, connected persons of Adolfo Hernandez, CEO, SDL PLC.

As a result of this transaction Adolfo Hernandez's total holding in the Company including connected persons is 50,000 shares representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
