Temporary Suspension of trading in securities
The Board of Screen Technology Group plc (the "Company") announces that trading in its AIM securities has been suspended pending clarification of the Company's financial position.
Following a series of meetings with the Company's main shareholders the Board is uncertain that it will be able to obtain the further funding which it had anticipated would be available to the Company to enable it to continue trading in its present form. The Board is continuing to explore all options available to the Company and a further announcement will be made in due course.
