Screen Technology Group plc18 August 2005 Screen Technology Group plc (the "Company" or "Screen Technology") Exercise of Options 18 August 2005 The Board has been notified today that under the Screen Technology Limitednon-EMI Scheme 60,000 options have been exercised at 5 pence per share by anemployee of the Company. Accordingly, application has been made for 60,000 new ordinary shares ("theShares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission willtake place on 22 August 2005. In accordance with an agreement entered intobetween the optionholder and the Company, the optionholder has agreed not todispose of the Shares for at least 12 months from the date the ordinary Sharesof the Company were first admitted to trading on AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of theCompany. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Companywill increase to 32,548,970 ordinary shares.
