Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and Persons Closely Associated with them
The Company has been notified that on 28 January 2019, Martin Hellawell, Chairman, and persons closely associated with him (namely Mandy Hellawell and The Highgate Family Trust) sold in aggregate 3,208,391 ordinary shares* in the Company at a price of 665 pence per share.
Following this sale, Mr Hellawell and the above named persons closely associated with him hold in aggregate 6,717,889 ordinary shares, which represent approximately 3.39% of the Company's issued share capital.
* Comprising the 1,754,607 ordinary shares sold by Martin Hellawell, together with 605,333 ordinary shares sold by Mandy Hellawell and 848,451 ordinary shares sold by The Highgate Family Trust, in which Martin and Mandy Hellawell hold interests as potential beneficiaries.
