Screen Technology Group plc01 August 2007 Screen Technology Group plc (the "Company" or "Screen Technology") Director Holdings 1 August 2007 The Board of Screen Technology yesterday approved the grant of options over1,630,449 ordinary shares of 5p in the Company to Tom Jarman, the Company'sChief Executive. The grant of options is in accordance with Mr Jarman'semployment contract signed in November 2006. The options are due to vest over a three year period. The vesting period and theexercise prices are as follows; 543,483 at an exercise price of 5p and which vest immediately543,483 at an exercise price of 14.5p and which vest on 01 April 2008543,483 at an exercise price of 14.5p and which vest on 01 April 2009 The Board is also pleased to announce that yesterday Tom Jarman subscribed for40,000 new ordinary shares of 5p at a price of 14.5p per share (the"Subscription Shares") representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the entireissued share capital of the Company. Tom Jarman now holds 140,000 ordinaryshares of 5p each in the Company, representing approximately 0.4 per cent. ofthe Company's issued ordinary share capital. The Subscription Shares will rankpari passu with the existing ordinary shares. Application has been made for theSubscription Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expectedto commence on 7 August 2007. Following admission of the Subscription Shares totrading on AIM the Company's total number of ordinary shares of 5p in issue willbe 35,251,470. Furthermore Mr Jarman has a carried interest in a fund managed by MTI PartnersLimited which owns approximately 49.9 per cent. of the issued share capital inthe Company.
