Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 30 November 2020 that David Bundred, Chairman of the Company, and his wife sold and repurchased an aggregate 54,072 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") through a Bed and ISA arrangement.
Specifically, on 27 November 2020, David Bundred sold a total of 27,036 Ordinary Shares at a price of 46p per Ordinary Share and on the same date repurchased 27,036 Ordinary Shares at a price of 46.1p per Ordinary Share into his ISA fund. On 27 November 2020 his wife Stella Bundred sold 27,036 Ordinary Shares at a price of 46p per Ordinary Share and on the same date re purchased 27,036 shares at a price of 46.1p into her ISA fund
Following the above transactions, Mr Bundred remains beneficially interested in 1,310,025 Ordinary Shares amounting to 0.8% of the voting capital of the Company.
