Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 22 October 2024 that Geoff Carter, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 7,518 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on the dates below at an average price of 132.33 pence.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Carter confirm they hold 1,719,714 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.69 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
