Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Group", or "Sabre"), announces that Matthew Tooth (who was nominated Non-executive Director by BC Partners Group ("BCP") under the Relationship Agreement between Sabre and BCP), has notified the Board of his intention to resign as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Patrick Snowball, Non-executive Chairman, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Matthew for his contribution to Sabre, both during its time as a private business and through its main market listing on the London Stock Exchange. We wish him the very best going forward."
