Sable Mining Africa Limited, the AIM listed resource investment company, received notification on 11 May 2011 that, following an acquisition of 16,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 10 May 2011, Audley Capital Management Limited and Audley Investment Management Limited, as the investment advisers to Audley European Opportunities Master Fund Limited and Audley Natural Resources Master Fund, are now interested in 63,325,000 shares, representing 6.80% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
