NOMINATION OF DIRECTOR ON CENTRAL BOARD

NOTIFICATION DATED 04.10.2012

In terms of Clause 30(a) of the Listing Agreement, we advise that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (cb) of Section 19 read with sub-section (3) of section 20 of the State Bank of India Act 1955 (23 of 1955) and rule 4 of the State Bank of India (Appointment of Employee Directors) Rules, 1974, the Central Government, after consultation with Reserve Bank of India, has nominated Shri S. K. Mukherjee (DoB: 27.11.1955), Senior Vice President, All India State Bank of India Officers' Federation, as Officer Employee Director on the Central Board of State Bank of India for a period of three years from the date of the notification of his appointment or until he ceases to be an officer of the State Bank of India or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
