Savile was notified on 24 February 2012 that on 23 February 2012, David Harrel, Chairman of Savile, purchased a total of 205,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 15.85 pence per share. Following the transaction, Mr Harrel holds in total 205,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.37% of the total voting rights in the Company.
