Savile Group plc (the "Company")

Directors' dealings

The board of the Company was informed on 29 May 2008 that directors bought shares in the Company as follows:-

* 255,000 of these shares are in Mr Conroy's name and the remainder are held by Bee Securities.

Mr Conroy also holds an additional 1,087,776 shares (7.44%) jointly with Mr Jonathan Cohen.

As at the date of this announcement, Ms Jackson has options over 200,000 ordinary shares.

The issued share capital of the Company is 14,630,146 ordinary shares.
