Directorate change

The Board of Fairplace is pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Pitcher as an executive director of the Company with immediate effect.

Helen Pitcher is the Founder, and former Chairman & CEO of CEDAR International - an executive development and career management consultancy.

Helen Pitcher and 11 of her colleagues who formerly worked at CEDAR International have joined Cedar TM Limited, following CEDAR International being placed into administration. Cedar TM Limited is a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary of Fairplace. In addition to joining the Fairplace Board, Helen will become CEO of Cedar TM Ltd.

Jonathan Cohen, Chairman of Fairplace said 'We are delighted to have been able to attract Helen and her team to join the Fairplace Group. This represents for us the first step in the creation of a more broadly based human capital services group.
