Director's dealings

Savile was notified on 9 June 2011 that on the same date, Jonathan Cohen, Chairman, purchased 235,526 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.51 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Cohen holds in total 2,371,642 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.9% of the total voting rights in the Company.

The Company was also notified on 9 June 2011 that on the same date, Peter Conroy, a Non-executive Director, purchased through Bee Securities Limited, an entity in which Mr Conroy has a 100 per cent interest, 235,525 Ordinary Shares at a price of 8.51 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Conroy holds in total 1,415,136 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.5% of the total voting rights in the Company.

Of Mr Cohen's holding of 2,371,642 shares, 1,087,776 are jointly held with Mr Conroy. Thus Mr Cohen is the beneficial holder of 1,827,754 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.2% of the total voting rights, and Mr Conroy is the beneficial holder of 1,959,024 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.1% of the total voting rights.
